Question on Disney DVDs

I've seen new DVD's that are old Disney cartoons... one showcases Donald, one showcases Mickey, Chip and Dale... and on and on...

what I'm wondering is, are these the same cartoons on the Disney Treasures DVDs? I assumed they would be, minus Chip and Dale, but there are several Chip and Dale cartoons on the Chron. Donald...
