Question about viewing spot for FoF Parade

Anyone have an idea about how early would we need to find a spot to view the Festival of Fantasy Parade if we wanted to view in Frontierland. Visiting third week of May so not one of the busier times of year, but with the excitement of a new parade, I'm guessing crowds are larger than usual to view this.

I would go about an hour before. The parade is great! We were also near Frontierland. We were up near the Christmas Shop, just around the corner. Across from the President Hall. There was a stone wall to sit on and a big tree for shade!

We were there the first week of April (so a busy spring break time) and arrived in front of Liberty Tree Tavern at 2:55 pm and had a great view. The parade begins at 3 pm next to Splash Mountain and winds its way through Frontierland and Liberty Square before heading to Main Street.

We were there the 2nd day it ran the parade and had to find a spot about an hour before parade time. There will be people coming up at 10 minutes til trying to squeeze in. You will also want to find one of the spots where you'll be able to see the dragon breathe fire. It does this about six times during the parade. We were in Town Square near the Train Station, because we were leaving right after to take a little one for a nap.
