Question about the New Magic + bands

We are headed back to disney after a 3 year absence,
we were laid off, and had to move for work so finally able to do a trip again.

I am booking my hotel seperate from a package because I got a special rate, but cant add park tickets or dinning plan to the booking.

So I am buying my park tickets on my own, my question is when we get to the FQ, will they be able to attach our tickets to the new wrist bands? I am hoping to keep everything together.
we will be paying for our own meals so just want to be able to swipe on the wrist band and pay for everything at once on the end, which i know I can do for up to 1000.00 my biggest concern is carrying around park tickets I would rather have everything together.

Had there been a good package deal, I would have went that route, but doing it seperate is saving us almot $1000.00 thats a HUGE difference!

I imagine in that sense it's the same as the KTTW card, they can add anything but APs to your room "key" at the front desk. If the CM doesn't know how, ask for a manager.

What will be interesting is for those of us who have split stays and separate tickets. We're staying at AoA for 3 nights, then a 4 day cruise, the 3 nights at WL. We each have 6 day hoppers. I wonder how they'll do put them on the bands?

I wonder.... will you keep that band for the whole entire thing? Or would they do 2 separate bands? If so how would they split the park tickets up if you have a 6 day ticket? Hmmmm..... good question @durangojim . We are traveling in Sept doing a split stay as well so I'm interested to see how they will do the bands for people like us who are taking cruises in the middle.

Yeah, I'm thinking they'll probably give us two different sets of bands, because charging privileges are good on the day you check out. I've a feeling it will be a pain in my bottom.
