Question about the Grand Floridian

Having just returned from the most fantastic trip to date I have a little question. We stayed at the Grand Floridian for one night (many thanks to Monica at the hotel for the fabulous upgrade to concierge with Castle view... totally unexpected but greatly appreciated!), and I witnessed the following on the morning ......



Is it a daily parade of GF CM's ?

We weren't sure.... if anyone knows that would be great?

Yup, it's called the "Parasol Parade." It's a Magical Moment of sorts (though I believe it pre-dates Magical Moments), and it features the entire GF Mousekeeping staff.

We stayed at OKW once and saw something similar. We were waiting for a bus when two or three long decorated golfcarts full of mousekeeping staff came up with music playing. They handed out little party noise makers and such, got everyone to sing along and just get excited about being at Disney, then went on to the next bus stop. Was very strange, but cool. Kids loved it!

That is cute. It's the little things like that, that disney does.. that keeps me coming back!

OK, that is just so bizarre and amazing that it's the perfect example of why I love a stay at any WDW resort. It is indeed magical to look our your window and behold a parade of mousekeepers.

I always stay at the GF and I never saw this. This looks interesting. All I see when I'm there is The Cinderella carridge going to the wedding pavillion a lot. Probably because I go during Valentine's day and lots of people get married during then.
What time was this at? Becuase most of the day I'm at the parks or eating breakfast and maybe it goes on during the day.

yes, its beautiful isnt it. every morning when we stay there, we get up early to watch and say hi and thanks to them. i love how they look like how they are having fun

oh my goodness - that's amazing, I've never heard of that or seen it, but I'd love to. I love Disney - because nobody can know everything. There's always a new secret or story to learn about.

At first I thought this picture was of a bunch of women going to audition for Mary Poppins.

I can't remember exactly but I think it was approx 8am ... maybe a little earlier.
