Question about restricted rehire.

So, this past Spring I completed my College Program, and had no idea I had a restricted rehire status until this Spring when I tried to reapply. Apparently it was because I had one reprimand, even though I had a long discussion with my managers about my attendance due to having a very severe illness at the time. They sent me the papers to fill out, but they rejected me so I'm not sure if I still have the status or not. Does the restriction have an end date (I've heard six months after your last day of the program) when it is lifted or will it be there until I can reapply with some other employment history?

Every case is different, and unfortunately, you have to reapply to find out. It's an asinine policy, but that's how Disney works.

Your managers can override your rehire status, if you call your old job location and speak to a manager there's a chance you can get it lifted.

Otherwise you have to go to casting and apply and show 6 months of job stability.
