Question about my Disney ID

I have a dumb question, but I just got my ID yesterday at traditions and the picture is horrible!

Are we allowed to put like Disney character stickers over the picture? I've seen a couple people's IDs like that and just wondered if it's allowed?

also, it says I'm working Gates West at Magic Kingdom does anybody happen to know what specific location that is?

What is the point of having photo ID if you just cover the photo ?
Does it not seem pointless in having it issued ?
How is anyone going to identify you as a CM with a Disney sticker on an official ID document ?

If you're in a costumed role, you're not supposed to have your ID visible onstage anyway, so I wouldn't worry about it.
