Question about MK BB Boutique reservation before park opens...

Hi, I'm new to the forum so please excuse me if this has been brought up before (I tried searching before posting ). During our upcoming trip (Sep 4th - 12th) we have a reservation at the bibbidi bobbidi boutique in MK for 8am on a day that the park opens at 9am. Has anyone ever been to the BBB this early? The only other time we've been was in the evening and they were a bit backed up and it took about 1:20 to get everything finished. My hope is that being in the first wave of people through the door at 8, maybe we can be finished in time to get out and be ready to get a nice spot in the A&E line...because my 5-year-old daughter would absolutely LOVE it if she got to see A&E right after her makeover lol

We had a BBB reservation once before park opening. There is line to the left for people with reservations. We got in and right away... took some pictures on our way to the castle and then went to BBB. I think the makeover took about 45 minutes. We then left and took some more pictures. We got in line and 3 or 4 rides as soon as the park opened and then met up with our family on Main Street. I do know that we couldn't really leave the Fantasyland area until the park was fully opened. I don't know how far they let people go now that New Fantasyland is open, but I would think you could pretty easily have a good head start to meeting A&E.

Thanks for the reply...I sure hope it helps us avoid the big lines for A&E because we are staying off-site and can't book FP+ until 30 days before the trip so I'm not expecting to get them for A&E
