Question about June trip

We are planning on a trip to DL for a week in June and I wanted to get some opinions on the best week to go, crowd-wise. We usually go in October and March but we decided to visit family (and WDW) in October and work will keep us from going in March. We don't want to wait until next October so June looks like our best bet. We have never been there in June before but have heard good things (compared to summer crowds and some have even said better than October). Right now we are looking at June 12-18 (with a non-park day on Wednesday when Grad Night is going on) but we have some flexibility. I thought the first week of June might be good but there are a bunch of Grad Nights during that week and I was advised to avoid those. Any advice would be appreciated.

Your dates are fine, but it will be at least moderately crowded. The park should be running at full peak hours by then, so you'll have that going for you.

Thanks! I am hoping the So Cal Select AP blackout starting will cut some of the crowds, though I have no idea what the % of AP holders who have the new Select AP vs ones who still have the old So Cal APs. Also some school districts are still in session. I have no idea about how Grad Night affects the crowds but I have heard a number of horror stories that make we want to avoid those is possible. I expect it to be crowded, I am just hoping to avoid the crowds as much as we can (going mostly on weekdays, etc.) and we will spend at least 4 days in the park so we won't be pressed to hit everything each day.
