My dd and I are going down to FL to visit my grandmother and we are all going to WDW. I had read Florida residents can get that play 4 days pass, but is that contigent on who is in her party-meaning do we all need to be Flordia residents in order for her to get the discount? I know my daughter and I have to pay the regular full price for admission for ourselves I was just wondering if my granny is still eligible! TIA!

If your grandmother has a Florida driver's license, Florida identification card, or some proof of Florida residency, then she will be able to get the Play Four Days Pass. An example of proof of Florida residency would be a phone bill, water bill, electricity bill, etc. AAA will accept these. Hope this helps!

Usually at Disney when you purchase a FL resident pass of any kind all of the adults who are purchasing tickets have to be present and show identification.

For example, I cannot go to the Disney store and order FL passes for my boyfriend and I. We both have to be present to order them with both of us having proof of residency.

Thanks so much! She does have the drivers license and the whole nine, so it will be easy to get her the tickets(we were going to purchase them at the gate anyway). I was just making sure there wasn;t any type of fine print that said everyone in the party had to be FL residents as well!

I'm  Is Grandma the only one getting the Florida resident pass? She is the only one that can. Although young children can not really be checked for residency as they don't have drivers licenses etc.

Check out www.mousesavers.com It does a great job of explaining the rules for Florida resident tickets.:)
