Question about first timers.

This trip (october 24th) will be my girlfriends first time ever going to WDW.
do they do anything special for first timers?

Not really. You can go to any guest services window both in and outside of the parks or at your resort and get a 1st visit button for free and you will occasionally run into a CM that will try to make her first visit a little more special.

I always see people walking around with a button that says "my first visit" and when castmembers see them, they are super nice to them. That's the only thing I've noticed, but I'm sure there's more. Visit guest services before you enter every park and I'm sure they will tell you everything.
