question about fastpass

Ok so I have a question about fastpasses. I am going to Disney with my family the end of May. We have fast pass + all set up but I was wondering if they still will regular past passes as well because for example when we go to MGM, we have fast pass + for Star Tours, Tower of Terror, and Toy Story, but I would also like to atleast get one for Rockin Roller Coaster, but its in the same tier as Toy Story. So my question is would I be able to get a regular fast pass for Rockin Roller Coaster or have they done away with them entirely.

Ok thanks! We will just have to get there early and go on it first thing or go during extra magic hours. The day we are going is during star wars weekends so it will be busy.
