Question about downloading / WDWMAGIC pass

I wanted to get the high resolution version of the new spaceship earth ridethrough video and since I don't have a WDWMAGIC pass yet, I was looking into that. I noticed it has a limit of 300MB per day.. the video itself is 167MB.. If I download some pictures in addition to that, I can easily hit the limit. What happens when you hit the limit of 300MB? Does stuff that doesn't require a WDWMAGIC Pass count toward the 300MB? (for example, the low-res version of the above video)

The download limit is just per a 24 hour period, then it resets (so basically, you have 300MB per 24 hours of downloads). The stuff that doesnt require a pass does not count towards the 300mb. Hope that helps!
