question about disneyland monorail and golden gate bridge playset

I was wondering if this is a collectible? I purchased one in 2001 and was looking to sell it. It has never been played with, it is still in original box, the box has seen better days though. I was looking on Ebay and other sites to price match it, but can't find any to match it to. Does anyone have any information on this item?

it depends without a good box it is not worth as much to people but you may get some high bids greater than $200 US but most likely in the $100 US range
