Question about Disney-Central

I am on Disney central, I think, but it seems I am the only one. Is that because no one else is on at the time or did I do something wrong? I thought that I did everything correct.

Make sure you are on Newnet and connected to IRCHighway. If there's nobody there, you are in the wrong place. There's always SOMEBODY there 24/7.
