Question about character website

I recall seeing a website awhile back that I can't find anymore. It was a website about Disney characters. It showed copies of their autographs and told you the best places to find them and how common or rare they are. If someone can help me out here I would appreciate it.
Please forgive me. I am a huge Disney fan and I should know this.:brick: Thank you all in advance.
