A co-worker of mine will be in WDW in June with her family. In October this same co-worker and I will be attending a conference in Orlando and we would like to book a bounce back offer in June for our trip in October. We have checked the dates and the offer is good for the times we will need. Question is this....can she book two rooms in her name for the October trip? We both wanted to take our husbands and make mini vacations and save our company some cash at the same time. If she can't book two rooms in her name can she book one room and her husband book another room? Thanks in advance!

All room reservations must be booked in the correct names and addresses of the Guests occupying that room. A single Guest is not able to book 2 rooms in the same name for the same dates.
On the current Bounce Back Promotional Offer, one room
may be booked for each "in house" adult. If your co-worker
and her husband will be staying in June then they will be able to book 2 rooms for your vacation in October, one room in her name, one in your name. The reservations will also be cross-referenced and linked so the Resort will be able to place the two rooms as close together as possible.
Your co-worker will need to provide the full legal name of each guest, the address of each adult 18+ as it appears on their ID, and the ages of each child under the age of 18. We will also need the phone number and an e-mail address for the lead Guest in each room. Be sure to provide them with your information and they will be able to book the two rooms without a problem.

A "Bounce Back" promotional offer is a discount room offer exclusively for Guests staying at a Disney owned and operated Resort, who book their next stay prior to checking out of their current stay. Like all discount promotional offers, the number of rooms is limited, and an offer is not always available.
If an offer is released, you will find a flyer on the table in your guest room. The flyer will list specific travel dates, and other restrictions. You must post your deposit at the time of booking and you must book this offer prior to leaving. Once you check-out you are no longer eligible for this offer.
