hi everyone! i used to have an annual pass that i was doing monthly payments on. i lost my card and had to cancel it, but didn’t realize i had to call disney and tell them to change the card on file. i was really busy with school and work so disney was the last thing on my mind and i totally forgot about the pass. i’m going next month and already bought my normal 3-day tickets (not trying to get an annual pass again), but then i remembered i owed money on the pass. will i have a problem at will call when i go to pick up my tickets? i believe i owe 2 or 3 months and want to pay it, but i would prefer to do so once i’ve come back from the trip. if anyone has any info on this i’d really appreciate it! just want to have everything sorted before the trip.

We had a kind of similar situation a few years ago. We were doing automatic monthly payments on our AP, and the credit card being used for that was compromised and replaced. We forgot to update our info with Disney.

When we tried to visit, the Mickey head did not turn the right color, and we had to go to Guest Services. They said we were a few months behind, we realized it was because of the compromised credit card, paid it, and went on with the show.

So your AP is not over. I'm not sure why you would go with a 3 day ticket rather than bring the AP current and use that? But I guess it's too late now and you already spent the money on the 3 day ticket.

I don't see how they would prevent you from entering the park using the 3 day ticket, which is fully paid for. You just won't be able to enter using your AP, and your AP won't be good until you bring it current. (My guess after years of working in customer service and experiencing life LOL.) Technically, you can't use your AP benefits or the AP entrance, although I've had an expired AP card in my wallet before and a CM noticed it and gave me a discount on merch without a word.

The phone number for Annual Pass Payment Services is: 1-888-701-4100.

They will not be open until Monday but I suggest calling and seeing what your options are. I had a situation similar to @Tony the Tigger when I had a card replaced and had to get payments current. Remember, its Disney, not a collection agency. They were very helpful (and polite) when I called.

oh, this happened at the beginning of the year so the AP would’ve been expired anyway!
