putting together WDW packages for 2013

Anyone know when the Disney website will allow you to select 2013 dates for vacation packages? Right now if you try to select anything Jan or Feb of next year, it flips the date back to today. I know that there aren't any deals out there yet for next year but read that you need to put some packages together and cancel them (before paying) in order for you to have any chance of receiving a PIN code. I'm also curious to see if there will be much of a price difference next Feb for AKL, BC & YC.

2012 rates and online booking will be available anytime between now and early August.

You can call and book a room only reservation up to 499 days in advance, although rates would be adjusted once the real rates are released.

I received pin codes in the past without having to book or put together a trip. I've just signed up everything Disney I can (husband too) and you never know when you'll get them.

I read that requsting the Vacation Planning DVD also improves your chances of getting a PIN. As we have been there several time already, I wonder if they'll see through that as just being a ploy?
