Purchasing Annual Pass in advance, possible?

Hey Team,

Need some help. I currently have a 10 Day Ticket w/ Park Hop and Water Park Fun package associated with a 14 day booking at BLT. My calculations indicate the best way to get park tickets for 14 days is to upgrade to a Premium Annual Pass. As I want to make fastpass reservations for the whole of my 14 days at the 60 day mark, I need to upgrade the tickets before then.

I have just rung Disney and ended up speaking to two different agents who basically said I have no choice but to upgrade upon my arrival. That's fine, except I won't be able to make fastpass reservations for the last 4 days until I arrive at the world.

It's further complicated by the fact that I live in Australia and don't have access to Disney Store.

I know this situation is unique, but if anyone has any suggestions on how to get this upgrade before arriving at the park this would be greatly appreciated.

Is your ticket currently booked with a package? If so, you should be able to upgrade the ticket. That would be no different than canceling and rebooking.

Yep booked as a package.

As I said two different operators on the phone told me the upgrade has to be done in person upon arrival. Seems outdated and antiquated policy to me.

I'm trying to give Disney more money than the average punter and in return all I want to do is book fastpass's for the extra days. Doesn't seem fair to me.

I've changed tickets in a package...you don't have the ticket media yet, so I don't know what their problem is.
