PS Cali grille best PS time for fireworks?

Anyone know the best time for California Grille at CR, in order to view the fireworks during dinner? In other words, when should we schedule to sit down/be seated for dinner?

There was just a thread about this. But it depends on how you want to see them. If you want to see them while eating then anytime within an hour of the display. If you want to eat, leave your table, see the fireworks from the deck and then leave from there, then i'd say 1-1.5 hours before the display.

Just remember that probably 90% of the people are doing the same thing, so be courteous to the CG and other diners by not hogging a table after you've already paid or sipping on a drink until the display starts.

Ohhh...Sounds pretty. Enjoy Wishes from CG. Don't they play the Wishes score in CG during the display?

I was at the California Grill last month and had my priority seating at 9:10PM. The fireworks show that day was at 10:00 PM. By the time we got seated,ordered, and had our appetizer it was already 10. The waiter told us that our food will be served until after the fireworks show because they dim the lights. So if you don't want to wait for your food I suggest you make your PS about an hour and a half or 2 hours before the fireworks show. Other than that it was a great experience, the view was spectacular. My 7 year old was chosen as the "fireworks assistant" and he turned off the California Grill's lights off. He was then presented with a Certificate and a picture card with the signatures of all the CM at the CG. I thought this was pretty nice of them to do that.
