Hey Guys,

I am thinking of proposing while at WDW later this year (still not decided on where etc yet).

Just wondering if any of the new security measures would stop me doing it in any of the parks (i.e. ruining the surprise by the ring being found while being searched on the way in).

No they won't stop you doing it in the parks. The security check may want to examine inside the ring box before you enter, in which case you need to get "accidentally separated" from your fiancee-to-be while you go through the checks

Couldn't you just put the ring box in your pants pocket? If they send you through the scanner don't take it out and if the scanner still goes off on the ring whisper the situation to the security staff.
