Property is Sold Out

As of 6 PM eastern time, all of WDW Property is sold out for Friday, Saturday and Sunday Nights.

From all aspects and radar models I would say they will know by Thursday if they need to cancel and I am leaning heavily to the cancel side

One of the utility companies today had a request in for 10,000 beds in the city beginning Friday night....hotel rooms are flying off of the shelf.

Here in Tampa Paul Dellegatto, a local meteorologist, is advising people who are planning to travel to the Disney/Orlando area this weekend to change their plans due to Frances. Hillsborough and Pinellas counties are ramping up plans to host people evacuating from the East coast. I'd imagine there will be quite a few cancellations in the next day or two if the projected path doesn't change much.

Can anyone tell me the extent of the damage at Ft. Wilderness during the last storm? Did trees do much damage to any of the cabins?

All IHG Hotels in Orlando are sold out at this point for Saturday, and most for Friday.

I'm gonna love my Comp Room.

I was at the Saratoga Springs during Charley. It was probably one of the safest place in Orlando to be.

And more importantly, we never lost power. So we were able to watch TV. All rooms had free Monsters Inc., Finding Nemo, and Brother Bear running continuously. I think I watched Nemo 4 times.

Heck, if I were stuck in a hurricane, I couldn't think of a better place to be for many reasons.
