"Project Slammer" possible meaning

So there's a photo going around online of one of mission breakout's screens having an error message.

on this screen there's a title that says mission breakout's code name, project slammer.
This person suggests it may be a reference how the ride falls, however my friend suggested a possibility that may be more likely. The title project slammer is a reference on how Joe Rohde wrote the story as being a sci-fi superhero take of a prison escape story. Slammer is another name for a prison, thus project slammer.

Yup, me too. The ride is literally called "breakout", so Slammer was the cutesy secret title WDI must have given the ride when it was in development.
