Program Assessment Fee?

I was wondering if any of the CPs here could tell me what the Program Assessment Fee is? I heard about it on a website but it doesn't go into any detail.

And in case anyone was wondering, I'll find out this week if I got accepted.

It's just a $60 fee that holds your spot once you accept the position. Apparently it's the only fee you need to pay in the program (besides rent and all), and it's due 2 weeks after you accept.

As I recall, $50 is used for the rooms, and $10 is used for a activity fees.
