Disneyland doesn't have an in-house photography service like Disney Fine Art Photography at WDW, but they do allow outside photographers to shoot portrait sessions in the parks. You could look at a vendor review website like Yelp or even Weddingwire to find portrait photographers in the Anaheim area. I know that White Rabbit Photo Boutique is pretty popular for engagement and family sessions.
