Professional Internships

Having recently found out that I can participate in a Professional Internship that directly relates to my major and career plans, I feel that this is the right option for me.

I was wondering if anyone has done a Science (Living Seas is what I am interested in) Professional Internship? How does housing work (I saw that some have it and some provide relocation help, but not which ones do which)? Also, how does it compare to the social aspect of the CP (living, activities)?

I applied for an A.I. a couple weeks ago. I'm waiting on them to call me back - I sure hope they do!

You must provide your own housing; I do know that much. Although they've since taken the AI portion of the www.wdwcollegeprogram.com, it formerly did say as such.
There may be an exception for a position or two that I don't know about, but for the most part it's your own housing.

Let me know if you hear anything back from them. Been biting my nails for over a month nail just waiting for a callback.

How'd you figure that?

When I applied 2 of the internships told me I'd hear from someone by April if I was going to be considered and 1 said October(!?!). I just wish they'd call!

I called the person in charge of Epcot Science, and she let me know that they would be contacting the applicants sometime during this past week. (I was, and I get an interview! ) I'm just curious--which programs are you applying for?
