Problems with Magic Band on MDE. Help!

So I was able to choose two colors for shipping but it says that for mine (Kyle) it has a problem retrieving info even after it allowed me to choose and confirm the color. Then on the bottom of the page it says "2 guests are not eligible..." (as you see on the bottom of this post) even though I have two band colors picked and confirmed. I need them for Kyle and Alyssa, but now I'm worried since my icon picture isn't listed next to my name. Just a gray Mickey. Anyone else have this issue? I can't find an answer anywhere.


Select a color and enter a name for these MagicBands.

check your account on the main disney site.. (disneyworld.disney.com , then to MY DISNEY EXPERIENCe, then to MY RESERVATIONS. check if the names are there.)

If you have bad luck, you will have a similar problem like I had (Ie, you will have duplicated names or separate accounts that are not linked to your main account)

Maybe give it a day to see if the account corrects itself before panicking.

As a side note, you might want to go back and edit your original post. Some of the text you copied and pasted included URL links pointing to aspects of your account or profiles. While it's most likely no one can do anything without the correct login info, it's best to be safe.

I honestly wouldn't recommend to wait.
the date could be getting neared and could be harder to fix later on (imagine them shipping some of the bands already but not all of them.. and them not linked properly to the correct account name)
