Problems with Disney +?

Just checking if anyone else is having this problem lately, since getting tech help from Disney+ itself will probably take forever.

Anyway, over the last week or so, the app has been prompting us to create a profile. Out of laziness, we just skipped through this step, but now the app won't let us go forward without creating the profile. Ok, fine,we'll do it. However, for whatever reason, we can't type anything on the virtual keboard to enter the required information. Disney+ is the only app where this is a problem. We never had problems using the virtual keyboard to search the app before. I can scroll through the keyboard with the cursor, but it won't let me enter the numbers or letters when I try to select them.

Any ideas?

What device are you using? Roku, smart TV, etc.?

I would do it on the website on a desktop computer and type everything in with a normal keyboard. Then when you log back in on your other device, everything should be set up and ready to go.

My wife just went through this and it worked okay with her. Reading the fine print, it looks like they're updating their privacy policy with regards to children. Previously, everyone was either a child or an adult, but now it looks like they're going to be doing some age-specific algos for each child.
