Problem Golden Member D23

Hi guys,

I am gold member duo plan of D23. It is my first time with this plan. I am the primary member and my wife is the affiliate member.

Today we have received the welcome merchandising at home. However, there are only one member card. That is, this member card belongs to the primary member. Therefore, I have not received any member card for my wife. I think we should receive two member cards as we have payed for a duo plan.

Do you know how to solve this problem? My wife is really upset because she would like to go to the different events. As a matter fact, I don't know if I can go with her because I have to work. Well, how can we find a solution to this ???

This is what I found on the D23 site:

D23 Gold Family Members who transition to D23 Gold Duo and current Gold Members who upgrade to Gold Duo will not receive a physical card or certificate for the affiliate member until they renew in 2021.

Sounds like there could have been a mix up. I would contact D23 and ask though. That’s the best way to sort it out.
