Princess 5K in Feb

Hi there. I was wondering if anyone has done the Princess 5K in Epcot and where it starts/finishes and what it is like. We are staying at the Boardwalk and wonder if we can just walk over or if we need to get the transportation if it starts at the front of Epcot, etc. Thanks for the info!

The start/finish is typically over in the Epcot parking lot by where the kennel had been. (The Dream lot maybe? I don't remember the names) The shot at wikimapia here -> http://wikimapia.org/2364931/Epcot-Parking-Lot shows the finish setup being placed. The row of lots closest to Epcot, you see how two have cars and one doesn't? The start would be between the second lot with cars, and the one without, roughly by the tree line mid parking lot. The finish spectator stands are that dark greenish row of things in the middle of the empty parking lot. Hopefully that would help.

You won't be able to walk over at Epcot will still be closed at that point. The runners enter and exit Epcot through backstage areas, so no public access. As long as you are staying at a official race hotel, then they will have runner transportation. If it isn't an official race hotel, you would either need to cab or drive over.
