Has there been any further news about a possible prince/princess hard ticket party coming to WDW next year? Or was this just a rumor?

It is not a rumor. We are going to host the event. It will be a lot like the Not so Scary and the Christmas parties. The event will have areas where girls can get princessed up and boys can be pirates. It will have it's own parade as well.
We are really looking forward to it cause it will be in the off season and is something we can also get a chance to go do. It will be offered I think mid January...Not quite sure but if I hear anything I will let you all know cause it sounds fun. I hope it will be for adults as well!

My bad, it is a pirates/princess hard ticket event like MNSSHP and MVMCP. I heard it was due to start next year, but wondered if it was still a go and what kind of things to expect.

It is not a rumor. It will be starting around mid January. There will be dress up areas for pirates and princeses. Also a parade. That is all we know for now. My area manager got to see video of the parade and she says it is really fantasctic.
