Not Price specifically, but I did hear about security guards selling drugs to CPs and one security guard who got a CP girl pregnant.

When I extended my program they moved me into an apartment that hadn't been cleaned yet. As in there was still spoiled food in the fridge and someone elses soap in my shower. I went to the office and complained and they comped my rent for a week and cleaned the apartment.
I never had much problem with Price Managment other than that. I loved the security guards, they used to walk me home when I was drunk and my friends would have to drop me off at the gate because it was past 1:00 a.m.

Price Management is an absolute joke and is one of the biggest reasons the College Program gets more and more of a bad rep every year. People think Price Management is "Disney", but its not.
