Not sure how to word this, but suppose you get a multi day ticket package, as part of even a vacation planner, and you wanted to figure our how much it cost per day for a park hopper ticket, what would that work out to be ? I know there are planners on here that work everything down to the best price by the penny, so wonder if anyone has ever done the math. Just throwing it out here, but do you think you could pay as little as 50 bucks a day for a one day park hopper ticket, granted it is part of a discounted vacation package. If you think you can get one for less than 50 bucks, I'd be interested, too.

Here in the UK we can buy a 14 day ticket for $499.39. That works out at $35.67 per day.

If you are willing to go with Third Party ticket agent, such as Undercover Tourist, ParkSavers, Boardwalk Ticket, you can save more than buying from Disney. As of Today, Undercover Tourist has a 10 day park hoper ticket for $505.57 (tax is included).
Prices can fluctuate weekly and even day to day. Using something like TouringPlans.com's Ticket finder will show you the cheapest place to buy what ever day/combo you want.

Here's how it kinda breaks down... If you buy a 6 day through a 10 day ticket you will pay a flat rate of $75. to add park hopper to any of those tickets. It doesn't matter if you have a 10 day and only hop on 6 of those days, it is still $75. total for park hopper.
Per day...
10 day = $7.50 per day. if you only used PH for 6 of those days it is $12.50 for the days used, but, it is a flat rate so that is up to you.
9 day = $8.34 per day (you do the math for fewer days for actual cost per day like above. Just divide the $75. by the number of days of actual usage.)
8 days = $9.38 per day (see above)
7 days = $10.70 per day (and so on)
6 days = $12.50 per day (etc)
5 days = $15.00 per day (etc)
4 days = $18.75 per day (etc)
Any combination of these days per ticket will be the same $75.00 per ticket. The cost per day depends on how many days you actually get a ticket for and how many of those days you use the PH'er.
If you buy a 3 day ticket the cost for the PH is $65.00 or $21.65 per day so if you only use it one day that day cost you $65.00
If you buy a 2 day ticket the cost for the PH is still $65.00 or $32.50 per day if you use it both days.
The single day charge depends on exactly when you go (seasonal rate). But, I doubt there would be a huge difference.
