Previous EPCOT shows?

Does anyone remember the names and details about EPCOT's previous "lagoon shows" since it opened in 1981?? Maybe even pictures of the shows? I've gone since opening year but can't remember the shows....thanks!

I believe they were:

Illuminations
Illuminations 25
Illuminations: RoE

Never really changed names

Before Illuminations there were Carnival de Luminere, A New World Fantasy, and Laserphonic Fantasy.

I don't even think Carnival made it into the first summer before getting replaced by A New World Fantasy, which lasted until 1984, BTW. lluminations began in 1988.

I think Steve has a page up somewhere on the site detailing each of these shows.

also, let's not forget the day time lagoon show(s). i know there was one there in the early 90's...i remember seeing it on the Disney World Reosrt tv stations, but i never saw it in person...it had something to do with flying things. i just can't remember if it was airplanes doing tricks or parasailers or something similar. and i think during the show they had big balloons (much like the balloons in MK's Surprise parade...only minus the Mardi Gras theme :animwink: ) blown up of different characters in the countries. can anyone help me get this straight? anyone know the name of the show?
