President's Week or Week Before Easter?

Hello,

Last year I was in WDW the 3rd week of april, the 17th-25th.
The crowds were very medium I thought, only the largest attractions had wait times more than 20minutes. Easter fell on April 4th.

With East being April 24th this year, my options to go are the week before Easter 16-23 or in Febrary the 19th-27th. Outside of being cooler in February , does anyone know which might have the lesser crowds.

(I realize both are Peak times)

touringplans.com indicates that the feb week is mostly 8's with one 9 and a couple 7's, and no 10's

the april week is all 10's, with two days being a 7.

based on that information... I would go with February.
