Presidents Day weekend

So just how bad should I expect the crowds to be on the Sunday of Presidents Day weekend 2017? I don't really have any flexibility on the date. We'll stay at RPR the night before to get the early entry and free EPs, but we want one-day two-park passes so I can see all the new HP stuff in US plus the Hogwarts Express (we've been to the WWOHP in IoA). I just want to know what we're gonna be up against crowd-wise.

I did that on mistake thinking it won't be busy last year. It was busy no doubt. 1-10, I would say 8.

Thanks. I'll just try to keep my goals realistic. DD and I want to focus on the new HP stuff (plus I'd like to see Transformers finally), and DH and DS can focus on the big thrill rides they love. Anything else will be gravy.
