Preparing trees to be moved (new Dumbo area)

I was in the World last week...saw this. Looks like they are preparing 2 rather large trees to be moved in FL East. Between the face painting tent and the speedway. LARGE amounts of mulch for water retention and sprinklers installed. I would ASSUME to prepare the roots for the trees to be moved. This is the proposed new Dumbo area correct? Between the Barnstormer and the Speedway?

Yes I'd say these are being prepped to be moved elsewhere in order to make more room for Circusland in the future.

Could this mean that FL East will be getting the makeover sooner than we thought? I doubt they would start that until they were a little farther along with the central part of FL but what do I know? Haha.

That is the area I think. Looks like prep work for removal to me too.

Does anyone know what this is?

Could it be part of the fuel line for the speedway (fuel tanks are/were behind Pete's Garage in Toontown)? :shrug:

It could also just be that they have a location for those trees that they want to get them into now to let them grow into.
