Premium Annual Pass or Florida Resident Premium Pass?

I've been doing a lot of online reading about these two different tickets options, one of which is aimed more towards those who can show residency in Florida, and the other for those who don't necessary live there but may make multiple WDW trips a year. Part of what I've read indicates that some Florida residents would choose the Premium Annual Pass over the Florida Resident pass. What would make one better than the other?

Love a little Disney every day!! ;)
The reason is b/c the regular non resident Premium Pass does not have any blackout days. The resident passes do have blackout days that you cannot use it for admission mainly around popular holidays etc. The regular public Annual Pass and regular public Premium passes do not have to worry about that. So the resident one you lose some flexibility of when you can use it. :)

No clue. I have a Florida resident pass. I got the one without blackout dates because it includes parking. I wouldn't mind not going to the parks on the days that are blacked out, but I don't want to have to park at hotels and take busses to the parks, so I got the regular one.

I cannot imagine why anyone would pay non-Florida prices if they are Florida residents.
