The tables in all restaurants will be replaced with changing tables, thereby eliminating the need to take the baby to the bathroom for a diaper change.

While even on these boards it is commonly thought that Disneyland is the better pound for pound park over Magic Kingdom I think by 2015 that might just change. I have high hopes for this Fantasyland expansion. I think it could put this park over the top.
Other things. I think Country Bears will still be there and schmucks will still complain about it

They will add something (not replace but add) in Tomorrowland. Honestly, they have the space I think.

It would take extreme measures to reverse this. A total collapse of Disneyand management. Disneyland, having only a small percentage of the land at Walt Disney World, will always have mostly high quality attractions condensed into a small area. At Walt Disney World, they can definitely provide that quality (they already do), but it's unlikely that it would be packed into one park. Seeing as the two other parks (arguably all three others) need quite a bit of work, Magic Kingdom isn't going to be better than Disneyland any time soon.
