hi just booked our third Disney cruise line vacation this time may 8th 2017 Disney dream 4 nights in the Bahamas well excited we have got a room on deck 9 right at the back of the ship with extended balcony. My question is we normally pay the grataties at the end of the cruise cant remember exactly what we normally pay but when booking I was offered pre pay and its only $96 dollars for both of us for whole cruise that seems to cheep is it a special they are doing or has anyone else done this before and not had to pay anymore on the ship other than bar tips when you buy drinks?? thankyouin advance for your help x

That's the going rate and not a special. I'd consider that the minimum and bring some extra cash to hand out for exceptional service, that's what we do.

Think of it as a deposit.... Not "prepaid"

They are just collecting the money up front to eliminate people not tipping at all.

The number is to tip your normal,dedicated positions and is calculated per person based on the number of nights.

Tips for other sales like at the bar... Will be added when you sign/pay for your order. Bar orders put 18% on automatically.

You can adjust both sales and the room tips of course to your liking.

Bring cash for luggage handlers at the port

thankyou for your replies we did tip extra on our last cruise to our state room host as she was brilliant, I just remember the amount being a lot higher but maybe I'm just getting forgetful lol thankyou we will be in Disney world in 29 days for a vacation cant wait then can start counting down to this cruise xx
