Potential theme park to be possibly build in Coweta County, Georgia?

Hmmm, wonder if they would possibly bring back Spash Mountain to it. It would be the perfect location for it. We can all dream, I guess:

If approved, the 13-acre amusement park would be part of a larger development, including two hotels and a large space for restaurants and retail.

This would be something on the scale of Fun Spot Orlando which is about 13 acres excluding its parking lot across the street.

Its not that large of a site and also its in the middle of suburban sprawl (that hasn't completely been built out so there's available land). There's a 15 acre Funspot that's 30 miles away in Fayette county north of Fayetteville on GA 85. 39 miles to Six Flags over Georgia. Both Fun Spot and the proposed Newnan location do not have public transportation available which is a selling point.
