I dont know the name but it is from one of the movies so maybe you could try a POTC movie soundtrack.

Outside in the Caribbean Plaza area, some music from the PotC movie score is played, but then once you get deep into the queue, the "original" attraction music is played.

You could check Mousebits for some of the original queue music.

The music heard outside of POC, including the area right before you walk into the attraction, is comprised of released and unreleased music from the POC movie scores.

Once you walk inside the attraction, currently, the "Yo Ho Yo Ho (Overture)" is played, which was released on the old Walt Disney World Forever system.
