Pot Roast Mac And Cheese?

I just started listening to the WDW Radio podcast, and Lou Mongello is always talking about the pot roast mac and cheese at Friar's Nook. Is it as good as he says it is? I have eaten alot of mac and cheese over my lifetime, and have experimented with adding alot of different meats, cheeses, sauces, etc, so I would love to try it.

It is good, however I think it needs a little salt and pepper. There are no salt and pepper packets nearby, so if you need some like I do pop into another quick service and bring your own. The BBQ chicken is really good too, it did not need salt and pepper.

YES YES YES it is very good, we also liked the cheeseburger mac (had some lettuce and tomato on it) but I don't know if they still offer that one.
