Portable DVD player problem

Does anyone know anything about Polaroid portable DVD players. I bought one last year, but it seldom gets used because the power cord plugs (both the car one and the home one) keep loosening up in the connection port in the player, so the DVD's stop in the middle of a scene. It works fine with the battery, but that only lasts for about 3 hours. Has anyone else had a problem with these, and anyy suggestions for a solution?

Take it back to the store as it's not fit for the purpose intended. If there is a fault with yours they can arrange to fix/replace. If not they should be able to provide you with a different mode.

Agreed. I have a Polaroid (PDV-0700) portable DVD player and I never experienced the problems you're reporting.
