Port Orleans Boat Rentals

I will be going to a seminar in Orlando for work the week after Mother's Day. With a little arm twisting :sohappy: my wife and kids (4 and 2) will fly in Wednesday (kids think they are coming to pick me up and bring me home) after the seminar and we will spend the rest of the week at WDW:sohappy: . My wife and I stayed at Dixie Landings for our honeymoon (10 years ago this June). I am trying desperately to stay in the same room this trip - wish me luck. I was wondering if anyone has rented any of the canopy or pontoon boats at the resort lately? What are the rates, which boat is better and how long did you rent it for?

We are keeping this trip a secret from the little ones. We recently visited and stayed at All Star Movies last October, it was their first trip and they were in awe. Can't wait to see their faces when they realize that we are going again!!!!! Thanks for your feedback:wave:

Well first of all it is nice to see someone call it Dixie Landings. That is the true name,or at least to those true fans out there.

As for the boats, I have rented the water mice before there but not the other two. i plan on getting a canopy boat this summer. THe rate for the mouse was about 22 bucks for the half hour. Was a pleasant ride as far as i'm concerned.
