Port Everglades to Animal Kingdom Lodge - Transport

Hello.
What would be the best way to go from Port Everglades to Animal Kingdom Lodge.
I want to get there as early and fairly cheap as i can so we can visit the parks straight away.
There is 2 of us so no more than $150 max if i can help it.
