Port Canaveral AVIS Lacking

What a bad experience compared to my yearly usage of the MCO one. They showed up 15 minutes after the other major brands (they all open at 7:30 apparently) and the bus driver just said they don't start working until 7:30 on the dot. They didn't have enough room to accommodate all the people waiting and tried splitting families up to wait for another bus or van.

When we get there employees are eating breakfast outside (I mean you couldn't get up 15 minutes earlier and do that?) and the one guy inside had a real bad attitude. My morning salutation was, "You have a reservation right?" Well, good morning to you too dude! I mean you pretty much deal with the same rushes, same times, and same days so you'd think they'd be more prepared or have someone who would want to deal with customers in a positive manner working there.

I wrote AVIS a strongly worded e-mail, but MCO employees said it is a big trouble spot in the area so I don't expect to hear much back. Just avoid using this location at all costs and go with dollar or someone who'll actually care.
