Pop??

Does anyone have any info. on the Pop Century Legendary Years section. There are a couple of buildings up, but still brown and unpainted and the lobby building is constructed, but unpainted as well. When we were there in Dec. nothing was being done, but there were really bright lights in the parking lots over there at night. It's just really eerie to see the unfinished buildings. You have to pass them to get to the open part of the resort and they are clearly visible across the lake.
It was like I had to look at them everytime we rode by upon entering the resort...I even took pictures.
So any news? Anyone?
