Pop Warner and blackouts

A couple of years ago, we went to WDW during the week of Pop Warner. We booked it before we realized it and when the specials came out that week was blacked out. We're trying to decide which week to go in 2009. Does anyone know if Pop Warner week is usually blacked out for the specials?

Yes, usually. Mousefest falls in that same time too, both events tend to fill rooms.
