Booked a week but not through Disney.
Used Expedia say free transportation but I wonder how that works ?
Land at Orlando International, then go to the Magic Express Counter ?

Also you stay at Pop Century do they give you the Bands at the Front Desk when you Register ?
I am correct if you stay at Pop Century or any Disney Hotel you get the same no matter how you book ? Magical Express, the Magic bands, Extra hours ?

Yes, if you book through another company you still get all the benefits. The key to your planning though is to get the *Disney* reservation number from Expedia. I know Orbitz clearly gives it in their confirmation email, but you'll have to call Expedia if they don't give it.

Once you have the Disney number, you can link it to your My Disney Experience account and customize your Bands.

For Magical Express you'll have to set that up before you arrive. Either call DME directly (866-599-0951) or use this online site:

If you're inside the US, your MBs wil be shipped to you after you customize them. If you're outside of the US, your MBs will be waiting for you at the front desk.

Yes got the Disney Reservation number, reserved the airport shuttle, had to buy park hopper pass, got Fastpass +, reservations...
As you say the Magic Band will be at the Front Desk

Do you live in the US? If so, they'll mail the Bands to you. Only international guests or guests who don't customize by the 30-day deadline have to pick them up at the front desk.

And since you booked through an external company, double-check the delivery address they have for the Bands. When booking through Orbitz, the automatic address on the MagicBands order was the Orbitz offices in Chicago. I just had to change the address to my home address.
